Refund policy

We at MR. BAKER Egypt always strive for delivering our products to our customers in optimum shape and quality. In the case of an unfortunate situation regarding the quality of any order, we urge our customers to instantly report the issue for us to be able to resolve it. Accordingly, please get yourself familiar with our reporting and refund policy:

Reporting:

- Due to the nature of most of our products, reporting the issue must be within 24 hours from receiving the product.

- Once reported, our customer service will arrange for product pick up and inspection.

- If the customer does not avail the product for our customer service for inspection, unfortunately, MR. BAKER Egypt will not be able to inspect it, accordingly the complaint will not be subject to refund or exchange.

Refund | Exchange:

In the case where inspection proves that there is a quality issue with the product, MR. BAKER Egypt will offer the customer to exchange the product with another one of the same value and MR. BAKER Egypt will waive the delivery fees for delivering the replacement product.

- If the customer chooses to get refunded, MR. BAKER Egypt will refund the customer.

Refund Process:

- In the case where the customer chooses to get refunded for a returned product that has been proven by MR. BAKER Egypt's inspection that it does not meet the quality standards, the following applies;

- For cash orders, MR. BAKER Egypt will deliver back the full amount of the order in cash to the customer including the delivery fees.

- For Credit Card orders, MR. BAKER will refund the full order amount including delivery fees back to the same Credit Card used to purchase the order. The refund duration for Credit Card payments can take up to 14 working days. The refund duration is calculated starting from the date of the refund agreement and involve other parties so MR. BAKER Egypt will not be held liable for any delays after confirming that the refund has been made to the receiver bank involved.

- Credit Card orders' refunds will not be made in cash by MR. BAKER Egypt.

Reporting Duration Exceptions:

- Although most of our products require a maximum of 24 hours from purchase quality issue reporting, chocolates' quality issues can be reported up to 7 days from purchase.

- Due to the melting nature of Gelato products, reporting is only accepted upon delivery, meaning that MR. BAKER will consider that receiving the Gelato product by the customer and paying for it means that the customer accepts the product received from all aspects.
